Im going use my workout to also prepare a abasing specialty for the slave today. I put some puny pastries in my socks before I put on my running footwear and go for a long run in the forest. When I get back to the car I quickly demonstrate you the socks - theyre fully raw from my foot sweat and so is the slaves food - flat and soaked in foot sweat!
