This is old movie with Alex. Amazon Lena wants to trample a powerless slave with her full weight. She stomps poor Alexs figure and make it looks like big red spot. Alex fells a lot of pain because of huge Amazon Lenas weight. She also tramples him without mercy because she loves it and wants to cause more pain to the slave.
