Television cables are sprawled out on the ground. They are covered with rubber so that people wont harm them too much. The rubber is not fastened taut and it comes off after a while, but soon some maintenance people put it back on again. The film is edited in such a way that only women are seen walking on the cables. In the film you can see how the rubber leans when the women step on it. You can spot about 260 footwear in all, as the women press their high-heeled slippers into the rubber indeed hard.
